We’ve had an amazing response to our call for abstracts with over 150 submissions. Usually, for the winter meeting we expect about 3x as many people to attend as submit. Since the venue in Edinburgh holds 300 people (the ZSL held ~250), there may be pressure on seating and access. Therefore, although the meeting will remain FREE to all (i.e. no registration fee), we ask all attendees to register and confirm attendance here.

Note that previously we asked to register your interest in attending and did not take this as confirmation to attend. If you have filled in the form on this page before 17th October 2022, please do this again now.

Update: if you register from now on (23 November), you will be on a back-up list. We received a lot of registration and already reached the capacity of the venue. We will confirm your registration only when spaces freed up. Thank you!
